Canada’s Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot ****programs enabled home child care providers and home support workers to obtain permanent residency while caring for children, seniors, or individuals with high medical needs. Although both these programs are now closed, Canada is coming up with another pilot program for homecare workers. This new program is expected to open on March 31, 2025.
