Professional Relationship: The sharing of information between Clients and their representatives through our platform does not create or modify any professional relationship or obligations between PR Coach and either party.

Third-Party Independence: We are not responsible for how your representative uses your information outside our platform or for their professional advice and services.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Primary Data Location: All personal information is stored on servers located in Canada through Amazon Web Services' Canadian data centers. This ensures your data remains subject to Canadian privacy laws and is stored within Canadian borders.

Limited International Processing: Some of our analytics service providers may process data internationally. We configure these services to exclude personal information and limit data collection to general website usage patterns.

Your Control: You can opt out of analytics data collection through your browser settings or by contacting us. This will not affect your ability to use our core immigration assessment services.
